1.Fabrication process
Others(Left): Bare copper foil with uncoverred soldering. There is soldering combination of sompoment, which is easy to cause poor connection.Etman(Right): Strengthen current conductor, which enhances the PCB heat dispersion.
2.Clearances and creepage distances
Others(Left): Other supplier's Wall Faceplate with 2 USB Charging Ports PCB Board leaves no groove on the right. On the left, the screw is connected with the circuit, at the same time, it is very close to IC pin. The withstand voltage can only reach to 2500V.Etman(Right):Keep the Wall Faceplate with 2 USB Charging Ports PCB shape, and make groove to seperate the 220V circuit from 5V circuit, which can enhance the safety of circuit board. The withstand voltage can reach to 3000V, confirm to requirement.
3.Output Ripple
Others(Left): the outlet ripple is obviously large. In fact, if use such Wall Faceplate with 2 USB Charging Ports for mobile phone charging, the touch panel cannot be used.Etman(Right): Output ripple peak value is 124mV. It is controlled well.
